OOTY
Popularly referred to as Ooty, this gem among southern hill resorts is covered in eucalyptus and pine trees and coffee and tea plantations. On a clear day, it’s possible to see as far as the Mysore plateau from Dodabetta Peak, the district’s most prominent viewpoint. The Stone House, a landmark 1822 bungalow, and St. Stephen’s Church are remnants of the area’s first British settlement. Also noteworthy: formal botanical gardens, a children’s mini-garden and a contemporary art collection.
Ooty/Kodaikanal : 5 Nights / 6 Days
Day 1 –Coimbatore – Kodaikanal
Pick-up from Coimbatore Airport and proceed to Kodaikanal. Then proceed to visit Bryant Park, Shenbaganur Museum & the Boat Club. Overnight stay at Kodaikanal.
Day 2 –
After breakfast proceed to Kodaikanal sightseeing like Kodaikanal Lake, Pin forest, Guna Rock, & Falls. Overnight stay at Kodaikanal.
Day 3 Kodai – Ooty
After breakfast, check-out from the hotel & proceed to Ooty. Enroute visit the Sims Park in coonor. Overnight stay in Ooty.
Day 4
After breakfast proceed to Ooty sightseeing like Pykara falls, Pine Forest, J.J Boating, Shooting Point, Sixth mile & Seventh mile. Overnight stay at Ooty.
Day 5
After breakfast, visit Botanical Garden, Rose garden & Dhottabetta. Overnight stay at Ooty.
Day 6 – Ooty – Coimbatore
Morning after breakfast, check-out from the hotel & transfer to Coimbatore for your onward journey.
